Growing up the second oldest of 7, she has always seen stories as a way to escape, experience different perspectives, and enjoy a bit of magic. When she’s not writing, she enjoys coffee, park dates, and a quiet bubble bath. Brooke lives in Iowa with her husband, two children, and dog, Brandon.

Penny Fisher is the shared pen name of long-distance writing partners Chandra and Piper. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and their three kids, where life is delightfully loud, hectic, and held together by color-coded schedules. When she’s not writing, she splits her time between being a stay-at-home mom and working as a job coach for adults with disabilities.
